AI and Conversation Data

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide advisory services, and your conversations may be processed by AI models to generate responses. You may exercise your access, deletion, and objection rights over this conversation data as described on this page. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data during conversations with our AI advisors.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we implement appropriate safeguards β€” such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK mechanisms β€” to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at privacy@dynamicexperts.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within one month), and we will not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EEA, it is the data protection authority in your country of residence. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach a supervisory authority, so please consider contacting us first.
